Most of the DVD video titles are presented in a step by step follow along format. All the CD music titles are designed to be used in a dance class and are without vocal instructions. Each piece of music usually starts with a clear four count introduction, holds a steady beat and contains an even number of phrases. Any lyrics are screened to make certain they are appropriate. Many CD titles contain the music from a corresponding DVD.
